Our Story
Meet the Flower Farmer-Florist
My name is Beth Kvamso (Kwahm-so) and I am the flower farmer-florist behind Baker Street Blooms. After growing flowers for personal enjoyment for many years, in 2023 I decided it was time to share my passion with others.
My love for flowers began at a very early age in my grandmother’s garden and in books like The Secret Garden and Anne of Green Gables. My vision for Baker Street Blooms has been greatly influenced by Erin Benzakein of Floret Flower Farm, my deep love of English cottage gardens, and by my own travels in France. I often find inspiration in the color palettes of Impressionist paintings, and in nature. I love to challenge myself creatively and strive to use only locally grown, seasonal flowers and foliage.
Baker Street Blooms is currently comprised of less than 1,000 square feet of the backyard of my home in Pea Ridge, AR. I share my home with my husband, our daughter, and our two pets Teddy (dog) and Susan (cat).
When I’m not in the garden, I enjoy traveling, interior design, reading, cheering for the Arkansas Razorbacks, and spending time with family and friends.
